Grumble: Thanks. Good point. I don't have job with SWA, and I do not have an ATP. I do have $10,333 each year for 3 years (Post 9/11 VA). Options are an ATP in a light twin, or a type. 737NG type is $10,500, so, the 737NG is within the budget so to speak, and gets me at least into an ATP with the added value of the type on a modern AC. Appreciate any advice on this. Hoping someday to get FO job with Major/SW at ORD/MDW.
