Whats the upgrade time right now? How many captains would you say are lifers or are most captains holding out for the flowthrough? Since PSA has a blended payscale do you get paid inbetween the 200 pay scale and the 700 payscale? Do you have ready reserve where you get to watch the paint dry on the walls? Do newhires have to take CLT or can you get TYS out of training? Thanks!
