Got an e-mail from SWA today saying they'd "Luv" to schedule me for an interview and they basically offered up any weekday in June. For those in the know - is it true they only have one "decision board" each month? If so, it would seem there would be no advantage to asking for an early interview date in the month. In fact, interviewing early would make the painful waiting to find out whether or not you made the cut period longer. Any thoughts?

My interview class and I were told by SWA HRO that our date in the pool was the day we interviewed IF we had the type. If you have your type, it certainly is a benefit for you the earlier you interview. It does mean you have to wait longer to hear if you were selected and like thestableone said.....it is a long, long, painful wait.
