My interview class and I were told by SWA HRO that our date in the pool was the day we interviewed IF we had the type. If you have your type, it certainly is a benefit for you the earlier you interview. It does mean you have to wait longer to hear if you were selected and like thestableone said.....it is a long, long, painful wait.

Can you elaborate on how SWA runs its pool? Is it like some other pools where you wait for an indefinite time or more like: get the type, get out of the pool and start working?
