This assumes minimum hours and the rate stays the same. At that rate how good is the maintenance and will the plane still be flying? At a part 141 school you can do it in less hours but the rate is probably much higher. Start making as many connections as you can so when you get the commercial and CFI you can get work. Aerial survey and banner tow are good ways to build time as well.
