well if it is wet, you are getting a really good deal.

i would say get your ppl first. if you get it below 6000$(including books and supplies) then you should be able to get your commercial within 25k. and 20$ for instructor does that remain same for multi,.instrument and commercial?
and you do need to do ground classes too.
but u should get your ppl first. you will get an idea about the costs related and how things works out. instructors would charge for pre and post briefs. etc.
