Definitely subjective, my opinion is a CBA keeps more people than no CBA as it gives some steadiness to the situation. As I really hope to make Jetblue my final stop I would like to see the merger stuff and a few other things made a little more ironclad, like healthcare and retirement.

Pay, believe it or not, is not my first priority. Not saying it isn't important just that to go and demand Delta rates would be irresponsible, and there are bigger things to worry about in the near term. The pay rates will come long term. If we do get a union here I hope we have reasonable folks at the table who will keep a cool head without being pushovers.
