That should make it fairly clear how you would know.
It is unacceptable as a professional pilot to come onto a web board and basically ask how can I become a professional pilot in the absolutely easiest manner because I feel that my skills are lacking and I am worried about flunking, but still want that job flying around your family members in the back. Instead, you should looking at some additional training and seasoning so that you are experienced enough to pass a training program designed to take the CFI to the next level.
