OK - let's play that game where you get rid of everything between the commas (or ---'s in this case) and then read the sentence:

That should make it fairly clear how you would know.

It is unacceptable as a professional pilot to come onto a web board and basically ask how can I become a professional pilot in the absolutely easiest manner because I feel that my skills are lacking and I am worried about flunking, but still want that job flying around your family members in the back. Instead, you should looking at some additional training and seasoning so that you are experienced enough to pass a training program designed to take the CFI to the next level.

I'm agreeing with the Fed.. Maybe 2014 is the end of the world and the Mayans were off by a couple years.

3. And if i do have to report being a 121 experienced before and with this latest 121 atp failure, will this hurt my chances on getting on with another 121 regional airline and I know some airlines are picky on that but what airlines can I apply to that might still call me for an interview despite this latest failure
Never, NEVER withhold information for a prospective employer. Don't assume they'll never find out about something just because you don't tell them. They will eventually find out, you will be in a heap of trouble, and your career will suffer, because then you'll have to explain to everyone why you got into even more trouble by not disclosing.

Be 100% candid and upfront with all your failures. Owe up to them, explain them, state clearly where you were at fault, what you learned, and don't make excuses.

Good luck.
