Then 4 per month starting in March. 4 new hires per month starting in March will just cover attrition. Until Delta announces more hiring, hiring at Compass will drastically slow down soon. With that said, when Delta says they need more guys the gates will open back up. So get in ASAP if you're thinking about it. Hopefully this fall things will pick up again.
