They have hired roughly 100 so far. Still lots to go but I believe what my associates are saying is that the first few classes are the ones who benefit from this wave the most. People going forward will benefit hugely from the next wave which will be next year. Not long of a wait and well worth it IMO.

I was told that Jan and Feb classes will be the last big months of hiring for a while. 20-30 new hires in Jan and 20-30 in February will round out the needs for the most recent round of flows. Then 4 per month starting in March. 4 new hires per month starting in March will just cover attrition. Until Delta announces more hiring, hiring at Compass will drastically slow down soon. With that said, when Delta says they need more guys the gates will open back up. So get in ASAP if you're thinking about it. Hopefully this fall things will pick up again.

just submitted my app on friday, its now monday and already got the acceptance email to call and schedule the interview. only took three days. I guess they are still hiring.
