Read about the last 10 gouges. They pretty much cover it up.
The panel interview is really HR driven. Rachel H really makes you feel comfortable....unless you get nervous around pretty women

Maybe one or two questions on your current twin/single. (Look over the most simple questions on your airplane such as the fuel capacity
)
And the sim...the profile is also in the gouge...they even give you the profile the day before the sim eval.
