This thread is kinda funny... I keep reading it and keep thinking, "ya know, EAS still sounds pretty good compared to what I'm doing." I mean, 12/3 can be tough, but I want to get out and fly. I still enjoy the heck out of it. The family understands that, too. Right now, I'm cruising along as a PIC in a CJ and would love it if EAS asked me to come in. I can assure you, too, that it would be a raise. All of this just to say, we all come from a different place, and to some, EAS sounds like a move up, and I can't say the same about flying for Great Lakes...
