With regards to using your GI Bill at HPA --

1. Is the expectation to front to $10K upfront , THEN get reimbursed by the VA --

2. Does HPA fill out the paperwork, you do the training, and the VA pays them dircetly.

Basically - what liquid assets do you need to front to HPA on Day 1.
