Any VSPers out there seen the updated statement of understanding? It now says that if you get a full time job in any service to include Guard/Reserve, that you will have to pay back the full amount of Sep pay received. It says that even if you signed the previous SOU, that it will still apply. I'm going to write a letter to my Congressman to inform him of this situation along with the repayment with retirement BS, and hopefully I can get some of the leadership at my soon to be Reserve unit involved.
I think we need to get as many VSPers as possible to do the same and see if we can't get this altered.

I agree that the new restriction on going AGR is wrong b/c it wasnt in the initial agreement. The retirement payback was included though so I think it would be hard to argue against that after you signed it...
