52 slot pairs up for grabs

B6 currently leases 8, and has first right to those

My guess for the 44 remaining slots will go:

14 B6
14 WN
8 VX
8 ???

I'm also thinking there will be a surprise 4th carrier to be awarded slots, maybe DL? Air Canada?
