And why would any company want their FA capped at 80/m? What a waste of resources. It's a L-UAL FA's fault, they should have pushed for new updated TA 3 years ago, and match DALs. Personally I prefer to fly with new hire FA, at least they are excited about their new jobs, and doing it right, great attitude, amongst other attributes (and you all know what I mean , we should furlough in revers seniority.
