Non-typed you mean? Right now we are still fat on skippers, hiring is mostly for the right seat at the moment, somebody with a Japanese ATPL might have a shot but mostly they are upgrading F/O's. Although most of the guys that have the experience to upgrade will go through this year and they are doing a lot of hiring on the right seat of folks with low times (Qantas guys coming in with no PIC and less than 3 k total time) so those guys will not be upgrading within the first contract for sure, DEC's might be in the horizon again at some point.
