Shouldn't you just get a blended rate based on what's actually flown typically for the base? How is vacation pay calculated? If you actually fly 20 hours but your min guarantee is 75 hours, what is your 75 hours based on?
Yes, we should get a blended rate, but we don't. Vac pay and guarantee pay is 50 seat rate.
