Oops, I just found the answer myself. There is no answer! The FAA has still not defined this new ATP program.

"Pilots pursuing an ATP certificate after July 31, 2014, in addition to having 1,500 hours, will have to complete a new, yet-to-be developed, ATP certification training program." - AOPA

Any idea when this new ATP certification training program will be completed and published?
