I'm a 3 year FO at ExpressJet based out of Chicago. You will not like it here. MCI is a very small base and uncommutable (last flight in and first flight out). Morale is extremely low as evidenced by the recent rejection of our TA by 83% (which is unheard of). I don't think I will ever upgrade at this company. We are losing a pilot a day to attrition and yet seniority will be stagnant at best. If we sign a new contract we lose a lot of airplanes (I think about 100 in 2 years???). If we don't sign a contract we lose a lot of airplanes. We are a dying company. Skywest is going to kill us and take whatever is left over to their side. Just go there and avoid this mess.
