Wholly owned by American Airlines Group which is run by the (in my opinion) best management team in the industry. Being wholly owned also gives PSA pilots career opportunities that independent airline pilots don't get.

The bottom line is you need to pick the airline that best fits what your goals are. PSA is a great choice for many and a great place to work.
PSA is a garbage, bottom feeding airline. It represents the absolute worse of the regional airline industry.
No one in their right mind should ever go work for this company. There are so many better options out there.
Have a little self respect and work for a place that doesn't have the worst contract.
