PSA is hiring!

I heard interviews went from 3x per week to just once. Because of the lack of applicants.
Also we have 650 pilots on the seniority list. We used to get by with just 500 for our current fleet. 117 is making it tougher for staffing. And I'm assuming we are preparing for the growth with the 900's.
Keep in mind if you are number 900 on the seniority list it could be 12-18 years before you get your chance at an airways gig. Based on 48 people leaving in a year. And with the same attrition about 6-8 years to upgrade.
Of course this is all subject to change.

IOE starts after completion of sims and usually takes two weeks. After IOE you go directly to reserve depending. TYS and DAY is about two weeks on reserve before you can hold a line. CLT is about three months.
