Looking at your previous posts, obviously you're a management or HR person desperate to fill pilot slots. I'll give you a piece of advice: posting crap like the stuff above will probably hurt you more than help you. Every guy/gal on this forum sees right through this stuff, and your airlines recent "history" doesn't help you, either. If you want to attract pilots to your airline, treat your pilots with respect and pay them a market wage commensurate with their skills and education level. Until then, get ready for a lot of empty classrooms....
