Obviously it isn't that simple. You want to complain to someone? Call Bloch or call the 9E original DRC people, they are the ones that could of pushed for a DOH and saved us all from this joke of an ISL.
There would have been riots in the streets and most 9e peeps would have tarred and feathered them if they pushed DOH.
