any dispute pre-merger 9E pilots should have, should be brought up with their ISL committee/company...how many times did we wait for a correct seniority list to be provided to the arbitrator...I thank that ****ed Bloch off

Really??? why was that. Could it be that there was terrible communication between the merger committee and the pilot group? I can't imagine that the merger committee actually thought that they could get something better by bullying Block. They should've explained the dangers of pursuing a staple or whatever the h$ll they were trying to do and the fact the a staple or anything close to a staple is rarely used and try to educate the pilot group. Instead they pushed for the impossible and at the end made Block the bad guy
On a side note, I always find it funny when the majority of the pilot group, with regards to the ISL or a contract, tells the ISL guys "shoot for the stars, no mercy" ( including the large number that were vocally pro-staple) and when they do that and the arbitration doesn't go their way they suddenly say "you guys asked for way too much!!!!! are you crazy!!!"
The only people that made it out safe were the top 2% on the XJ and 9E lists, and most of the Colgan list. The majority of mid level 9e, and especially XJ guys, really took it in the rear. I don't dispute that point.

No, once you go to the arbitrator with ALPA merger policy, you get an equipment award. None of the proposals mattered, nor did the infighting. I laid out how it was going to go in a previous post here before the SLI. We have exactly the same situation USair/AW had/has.

nice way to put words in my mouth and completely misinterpret my post. All I said was most Pinnacle guys I know, including myself, would have been severely hurt by DOH. Several hundred numbers in my case. Especially those in the 8-13 year group or so. Read my original post again and see where I even mentioned a staple or any other method.

I know you must have some bitterness that Endeavor wouldn't hire you but not everyone can make it through the program. You can still try for flight attendant but that may not be easy for you also. I wish you luck...
