I am sure ALPA is formulating a list of questions for the administrative law judge in the line of "the Whitlow letter." When judgement is rendered from on high, we will study it and know it like our call outs. Not sarcasm, it is one of their limited primary functions. Until then, the law is only what the unelected philosopher kings say it is. Just like the Dred Scott decision, but instead of those frustrating 5/4 rulings (My example was 7/2), it is up to one guy. It means nothing what the text of the law is if the Leviathan decides it to be otherwise. I had to memorize the Whitlow letter when I was at Mesa, so it does not surprise me that the 117 questions thread is the Mesa thread. I would rather the talk be about speed of upgrade and good times ahead.
