When you go to bestbuy to purchase a TV the guy is going to tell you what you want to hear about the TV, the same way a shoe salesman is, or a financial advisor would selling you on a mutual fund. You are all irrationally overreacting simply because it is PSA.
If PSA hadn't taken concessions and were just awarded those acft you people wouldn't say one word about the ZOMG 3 "orange site" postings on the same day or the "PSAJOBS" username.
The fact of the matter is that every regional is somewhat desperate for applicants. Why shouldn't they be? This situation will be a legitimate problem for regionals in the very near future.
Being proactive and trying to scoop up as many qualified applicants as you can is not in any way detestable. It is smart, and forward thinking.
I mentioned this before but there are no threads on here bashing Eagle recruiting for having a facebook page, or mesa for hiring people over the phone, or Silver for offering a 10k signing bonus. Everyone is scrambling. PSA gets a bad rap for just being PSA.
Again, this site is free. If even one pilot decides on PSA because of this website then it would be worth it.
Sorry I didnt know you were a recruiter. Carry on P
