Reserve was talked about a lot. (Most of the Q&A) That was one of the high priorities of the surveys. Fixing how the secondary lines are worked is also being discussed (you put flight #xxx as your #1 choice but a CIC has already taken it- you lose your #1 choice). Guys being denied a drop or move due to "insufficient reserves" was a big complaint. But PIBS will make it better (HA!).
No mention of real time trip trading = FAIL in my book. No PBS and improving RSV are just as important as correcting trip trading. As I type this I am still waiting over 1:48 for a response to a schedule adjustment request.
