No, I don't think so. Delta asked me to bring copies of all my 121 checks "if available", so I got my company to send me copies of all my sim and line checks. They'll get the same forms on the PRIA check, so just answer the question honestly if (when) they ask you if you failed a ride. Not a big deal if you disclosed it on the application and they hire you anyway; a very big deal when they find it on the PRIA check and it's not reflected on the application.
