If you meet the mins for company XYZ, you're qualified. I know mil guys getting picked up at DAL, UAL and SWA with similar numbers.

Like ^^ct^^ said, you need networking. Recs, Face time with recruiters at job fairs, friends bugging their chief pilot in your favor.
