What they do want are clean airplanes that run on time. Good service during the flight. Reasonable food to eat. Comfortable,quiet sitting areas/lounges before boarding. And most of all, support when things go wrong.

United States airlines, and their MBA managers, fail on all of these counts. And a bunch of NFL cheerleader types in the cabin is not going to fix any of it.
