So, let me get this straight - UPS was offering XX+25 and the IPA didn't just jump all over it! Could it have been that there were other things like work rule and scope concessions attached to this pay rate? Along comes FedEx ALPA and their XX pay rate doesn't have all the concessions attached to it and we settle for that. But, it is still our fault that the IPA didn't get the extra 25 that had all the concessions with it? Maybe L'il J needs to do some homework!
