With all these concessions being forced down all regionals throats I doubt we'll receive any better contract offers. I'm sure if the hiring pool starts to dwindle the famous new hire bonus will be offered. Until it fails to attract pilots like RAH. Right now our hiring pool is fat but with new flying and better contracts at some regionals Mesa will have some competition soon.
