New Contract at Mesa?
#31
Kind of what I was basing the previous quote off of. Heard they got cancellation pay/block or better not sure about the pay numbers we will see. Depending on the other regionals this could be a turning point. RAH has realized that the poor contract steers pilots away, at least the intelligent ones.

lol I couldn't resist.

Well you left and did not return to RAH. That's a start.
I hope XJT and AA shoot these concessions down. I would like to see PSA have a hard time hiring folks with that concessionary contract. Truthfully the longer Mesa does not come to terms with a new contract the better it is for us pilots. I think the hiring pool of people wanting to start at a regional with crap wages will be drying up by the end of the year. A new better starting pay with duty regs and 4.5 hour per day min will be easier to fight for. That is if they don't want to fall flat on their faces again. I think this will be a great year for us pilots, the ball will be in our court and it's time to slamdunk on management's ass.
