I think it fell through the cracks when it was made. I don't see how anyone can fly it without it being revised. Has nothing to do with your carry in. Unless they coded it wrong and you have too many block hours in a 30 day period.
So if that's the fact, how can they just drop it and put it in your makeup bank? Though I personally would rather use it for conflict makeup than go to my bank. But if the trip has to be revised or cancelled, wouldn't they have to put you on sub status? They can't just drop it and you're SOL.
Though I haven't looked closely at it, so I don't know if it was the trip itself or the conflict with the carry in trip, seems people have different ideas on the problem. One could always call crew futures, or whomever deals with that to confirm.
