Richard Anderson is a fantastic airline manager. He might honestly be the best CEO in history. Good labor relations, record profits, and an airline that people want to fly on.
Cockiness of Delta's employees? Based on what? Should I assume that all pre-merger CAL pilots will sell their vacation while pilots are furloughed simply because a few at CAL pilots did so? Or that all CAL pilots will try to scam retirement money out of CAL because a small group did so? Or that all CAL CAs would fly right seat while fellow pilots are on the street?
