If I could just make an observation, it really won't matter if this is true or not.
It seems that the legacy airlines are usually either all doing relatively well, or are all precariously close to bankruptcy. When they are all close to bankruptcy they are searching for the magic management team miracle to bring them to solvency. When times are good they are all hailed as management geniuses. If Leo Mullin were in charge right now it would be his turn to be the genius.
Just sayin'.
