Again you are missing my point. It isn't cheaper when guys are getting paid more for the exact same amount of hours. If you are talking about straight extra time pickups you are correct, but that's not all of what's going on.

Not to point out the obvious but the joint union negotiated the SRM provisions. CAL had nothing like that in our prior contracts. We as a collective group voted this contract in.
