I believe the plan for the summer is to increase block hours on the 76T and Bus fleets, as the 737 fleet is not properly staffed. They are currently contracting a huge number of 737 sims in MIA, but we lack the instructors to cover the increase in training. A large number of the sims are going empty, even though we already paid for them.

I don't believe the 2nd snapshot of the current vacancy bid was an error as was explained. I think that it was calculated "look and see" by the planners. With every monthly bid the seniority list keeps leveling its self out. UCH flight ops created this mess in hopes of a different SLI outcome. Now there is going to be quite a bit of back fills and retraining as the leveling continues on a monthly basis.
