If you live in, or would like to live in, one of the large SKW domiciles then don't let first-year pay trip you up (I don't agree with it, but it is what it is). 2nd year pay is MUCH better, and 3rd pay is likely to be CA pay.

Compensation is significantly better than average, due to workrules and bonuses. Hourly pay scales do not mean much if you only get paid when the airplane is moving. QOL and the family atmosphere has declined with growth, but it is still better than most regionals.

But you should consider almost ANY regional (except blowjets and mesa) if can live in a domicile where CA upgrades don't require 15 years.
