Research this, as it might be an expensive mod and I don't know if Collins offers a retrofit yet. The fleet is big enough, and the 605 has it, that a retrofit should be feasible.

I just researched this. As of now, there are no ADS-C/CPDLC upgrades.
The newer Falcon 2000s have similar range to the 604, but much higher acquisition costs. The Falcon may offset more expense in a charter environment due to the much lower operating costs. Either way, I've heard great things about the 604.
