1) 6,000 + hours, 2 type ratings, 3,500 turbine PIC.
2) Currently flying part 135, 7 on 7 off, pays about the same as I was getting as a regional captain.
3) For me to go back to a regional it would have to be at least $50,000 a year to start and have a base within reasonable driving distance. I can't go back to year one regional pay, begging for a ride so I can commute to sit reserve for $20k. Already done that, like flight instructing, I already paid my dues and I'm not doing it again.
