PSA may suck in some respects but a lot of people have only done a short time here and moved on to bigger and better things. I have never not had my pay check bounce, nor have i been laid off or downgraded.
Management knows this is a place for short timers. That is why we have the contract we have. They are hoping that they can get some good 5 years out of you and then have a spot for you at mainline.
It can be a lot of work, a lot of time away from home. But if you live in base and can hold a line rather then commuting to reserve for another airline just because you hate PSA... well that is just dumb.
