I started late 2005. I was on reserve for 2 months on the CRJ-200 and then held a relief line for 3-4 months. The relief lines were mostly reserve days but when you finish your trip you don't have to call in to scheduling. Since then I've held 4 on 3 off working weekends. Some people here have low morale, others don't. I fly, I leave, repeat.
