Staffing is bad and will continue to be bad even if this piece passes. Management knows that so their goal is to pass something that will keep you on duty for as long as they can and pay you as little as they can. That's why flight time pay is so deceiving and we should get paid duty time. Since that's not happening anytime soon please educate yourselves and read between the lines.
