Except 40-50K is not Baron salary. Heck 78K is not really Baron salary. Unless the wife is a lawyer, doctor, etc... And that changes the game for many of us - we could take a big pay hit initially if the spouse picked up the slack. In my case ATP, 9200TT, 1400TPIC, 3 types, 135, 121, 91k, PART 142 Instructor, etc. primary bread winner so I'd need more initially to return.
