I wondered the same thing as well and wonder if the skydiver landing on the actual runway vs nearby DZ makes any difference. Looking at google maps of the airfield, it doesn't look like there is room for seperate a DZ and runway. If I'm a skydiver or GA pilot at that airport, I want no part of either.
