There is absolutely no reason to vote for concessions. Call their bluff. There will be tons of opportunity in the unlikely event your company decides to shrink or shut down.

This sounds more like management propaganda to repeal the "new regulations" that are preventing pilots from being available. And it also says cooperation is required to solve the problem. How much cooperation do you see between mainline and regionals to address the staffing issues? The only thing I see is a demand to maintain low costs at regionals, and when that fails, they cut service when the failure is assured. Great solutions. I guess that is going to be the only way to get Congress to repeal/modify the 1500 hr law.
