If you feel your body has been taxed to the max, your probably right about your health. Your immune system and internal organs will need a boost and to be cleansed, respectively. It don't know exactly what line of work you are in but engage in some physical activity that will make you sweat or go sit in a sauna for a while. Sweating will help your body cleanse itself by eliminating accumulated toxins that may be hampering your immunes systems' ability to work efficiently. Eat plenty of vegetables, drink clean water, herbal teas, fruit and avoid fast food at all costs (please!). Try some Kombucha as well. It is absolutely disgusting but it cures any ailments I have overnight, literally, and it makes me feel a whole lot better. That's just my 1.5 cents.
